Reporting and Data

Administrator Reports

Administrator Reports

Teachers can pull reports based on individual courses or students within the Buzz LMS, but administrators have access to students across the entire domain.  Sometimes attendance reports are easier for administrators to pull, rather than teachers.

Gradebook Reports

Gradebook Reports are organized around individual activities or activity categories and time periods for a specific course.

To run Gradebook Reports, open Reports from the Main Menu, select Gradebook, and follow the numbered steps:

    • Select Course activity summary if you want to see the data broken down at the activity level.
    • Select Period and category summary to see the data broken down by pre-determined grading periods and categories.

Choose the desired Course.

Filter the data.

  • Checking the “Include past enrollments” box will allow the inclusion of students who have been graded out and are no longer active in the course. Otherwise, the report will not include these students’ data.
  • It is often easier to filter data in the CSV file after exporting.
