Why are my users getting a 403 “app_not_enabled_for_user” error message?
This error indicates that SSO has not been enabled for all members of the organization this user belongs to. To correct this error:
- Sign in to your Google Admin console.
- Go to Apps > SAML Apps.
- In the SAML app list, locate the app generating the error.
- Click the overflow menu .
- Turn the app ON for everyone or for the user’s organization.
