Why are my users seeing this error message when they attempt to login?

Users will experience this error message if they are attempting to Single Sign On (SSO) into Buzz directly from the Google app chooser menu (aka¬†‘waffle’ menu).

Buzz does not support this method of SSO login because they do not support IDP initiated login, which is enforced by Google.

While districts must configure a custom SAML app as part of their Google SSO configuration, that app should be removed from the app chooser menu and students/users should be directed to login from the district’s domain URL.
